Anger's natural and OK. It's how we handle it that sometimes isn't. 

A Volcano in my Tummy teaches skills to help improve the ways in which we handle anger. It is an exercise-based book to help children learn to deal with anger and other emotions in a non-damaging way. It teaches effective communication skills, raises self-esteem, looks at the hurt, fear and loss behind anger and empowers children to deal more constructively with their own thoughts and feelings. 4-12 years.
