Description

The sleepy town of Heartsdale is jolted into panic when Sara Linton, pediatrician and medical examiner, finds Sibyl Adams, a young college professor, horribly murdered in the local diner. Police chief Jeffrey Tolliver then finds a second victim crucified and recognises the work of a serial killer.

Author description

Karin Slaughter grew up in a small south Georgia town and has been writing since she was a child. A commercial signmaker by trade, Slaughter recently sold her business to concentrate on her writing career. She currently resides in Atlanta where she is working on her next novel, Indelible.
