Author description

Jose Pizarro, the Godfather of Spanish cooking in the UK, has been living in London for over 16 years. He recently opened his third restaurant in London's redeveloped Broadgate Circle, to add to his clutch of critically acclaimed restaurants on Bermondsey Street. Jose is a regular on BBC 1's Saturday Kitchen and Channel 4's Sunday Brunch, amongst others.
