Author description

Descended from generations of farmers on one side and a Croatian family on the other, 23-year-old Kate Bradley was brought up with a grow-ityourself attitude and loves to grow, cook and eat produce from her family's back garden. In 2012, Kate gave up fructose, gluten, animal products and all processed foods, which revolutionised her health and well-being and inspired her to share her approach to eating with the world. Kate started the food blog kenkokitchen.com to share her simple, delicious and healthy whole foods recipes and to inspire other young people to cook and eat healthy, nutritious dishes. The blog has become a huge success and has a great online following. When she is not cooking, eating or blogging, Kate is busy finishing her film and television degree.
