Author description

Kay Francis has been a regular contributor to food magazines, particularly Australian Gourmet Traveller, author and stylist of Saturdays and Sundays, a book of seasonal weekend menus, and the stylist of many cookbooks, for the past 15 years. Gerry Colley is a professional photographer based in Sydney. He has worked for a wide range of clients including Australian Gourmet Traveller and The Australian Women's Weekly.
