Barbara Baker is the author of many books including 'Dream Gardens of England' (Merrell Publishers, 2010) and 'Why We Garden: Stories of a British Obsession' (Aston House Press, 2004). Barbara is a keen gardener herself, and is a member of the Royal Horticultural Society and the Garden Media Guild, and has given talks at universities, societies, and on the radio.
